So I received this Heart Shaped mold made out of Silicone. I have never used a silicone mold before, so today i decided to make my kids waffles using this item. I wasn't too sure how exactly to use it, so when i put in my pancake mix into the molds and put it on a baking sheet and into our oven, i let it bake for 10 mins and i brought it out when it was finished and the waffles were very soft. So i did it again, and this time let it bake for a few more mins and i didn't feel the pancake mix very high into the molds. So the little changes I made, made it better the 2nd time around. The kids really did like their heart shaped Waffles, it was a big hit for them. So that made me happy! Also, the baking mold makes it very easy to clean with soap and warm water. It is also very flexible, so it makes it easy to take out my Waffles. I do recommend spraying cooking/baking spray into the molds before adding any mixture of your choice into the molds.
